SUNRISE YOGA & SOUND HEALING | New Month Sunrise Ceremony
Pickup currently not available
Start your month with intention at the ocean.
Join us on February 1st at 7 AM for a rejuvenating New Month Sunrise Ceremony at Surfside Beach (Miami area). We’ll begin with a gentle Hatha-Raja Yoga practice led by Cami Harb to greet the sunrise and awaken your body. After moving through mindful postures and breathwork, we’ll transition into a restorative sound-healing session using crystal bowls, harmonium, and other therapeutic instruments to reset your nervous system and welcome fresh energy for the month ahead.
All levels welcome: Whether you’re experienced or new to yoga, this sunrise gathering is designed for everyone. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and dress in comfortable layers.
What to expect:
• Gentle sunrise yoga + breathwork to greet the sun
• Sound-healing meditation to restore balance and set intentions
• Time to connect with community and enjoy the morning light
Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and find your space. Exact meeting point details will be shared in your confirmation email after booking. If weather requires changes, updates will be communicated to all registered guests.
