Shipping & Returns Policy

At Intunara, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days within the United States.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping promotions on eligible orders. Eligibility and conditions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Processing
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • You must request authorization by contacting us within 15 days of delivery at info@intunara.com

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please mention this when you request your return authorization, and we will help you with the process.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, sale items marked final sale, and digital downloads are not eligible for return or exchange.
