Your order matters to us, and we strive to deliver safely and efficiently.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping:

• International shipments may be subject to customs delays and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located, you must notify us within 3 days.

• For any damage claims, you must provide photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours.

• Intunara is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Order Tracking:

• Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Limitation of Liability:

• Intunara shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delayed or failed delivery.
